Step of Submittal registration materials for Authors (Please submit camera-ready version paper to paper submission system first):
 
1. Please download IEEE Copyright Form and Rights and Liabilities Statement here.

2. Rights and Liabilities Statement is just for Chinese author.

3. Fill in paper title and author.

4. Next, please sign your name and date in the file.

5. At last, upload it to the paper submission system, then pay registration fee on-line.

For domestic author, you can also pay registration fee by wire transfer, the actual receipt bank account can be found on "registration" webpage of this website, please upload the payment receipt to paper submission system too.

6. For author from foreign countries, please choose paypal to pay your registration fee, the account is umeet@vip.163.com, you also can choose register on-site, but you still need to register on paper submission system.
