IF you have submitted a paper and would like to register the paper, please follow the steps:
 
Login Paper Submission System and submit your final paper, after you received the acceptance notification letter.
 
Then you can process the registration procedure, please click "Prepare Registration Materials" listed on the left side of this website for detail.

IF you don’t submit paper just would like to register conference as listener, please follow the next step:

Login Paper Submission System, then click "Listener Registration" button to process the registration procedure, please be sure, you shouldn't click "submit new paper".

Authors registration fee includes: 
  one copy of the proceedings 
  conference accessories 
  banquet/coffee breaks/Lunch/Dinner 

The fee does NOT include other cost such as accommodation, travel and transportation.

Please be noted, accommodation fee will be taken by author side.

Registration fee:

Please register your paper on paper submission system no matter you register as early bird or on-site, or your paper won't be edited in conference proceedings without registration process.

For author from foreign countries, please choose paypal to pay your registration fee, the account is umeet@vip.163.com
