IF you would like to submit a paper and register the paper, please follow the steps:

First, please log in paper submission system http://emfield.org/apcap2014/ , you need to create an account. Then submit a new paper.

Second, log in paper submission system using the account you created. Then click “registration form” button to proceed with registration step.

Third, once you are in registration step 3, please fill out your PID(s), one account and one registration fee can register for one or two papers.

IF you don’t submit paper just want to register conference as listener, please follow the next step:

First, please log in paper submission system http://emfield.org/apcap2014/, you need to create an account.

Second, log in paper submission system using the account you created. Then click “registration form” button to proceed with registration step, even though there is no submission.

Third, once you are in registration step 3, you needn’t fill out PID(s), just click “next step”.

All conference attendees must register for the conference.

In order for a paper to be published in the APCAP2014 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least ONE author of an accepted paper needs to register for the conference.

A non-refundable registration fee must be paid before uploading the final IEEE formatted publication ready version of the paper. The deadline for author registration is June 25, 2014.

In the case of multiple accepted papers by one paper, ONE registration will cover ONE conference paper.

Each registration covers Abstract book, USB, Souvenir, Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome Reception, and Banquet.

Accepted and presented papers at technical sessions will be published in the APCAP2014 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to remove the paper from IEEE Xplore if it is not presented at the conference. If an author is unable to present the paper at the conference in person, a substitute presenter should by arranged, for example, a colleague who will attend the conference.

Please note that all the deadlines are in Beijing Time (CMT + 8 hours). All prices are in RMB and USD.

2. IEEE会员及国外学生作者：2700元
3. 中国大陆学生作者：2400元（减免300元）

普通作者及学生作者一个投稿系统账号可同时注册两篇文章。

IEEE membership entitles attendees to discounted registration fees. To qualify for discounted registration fees you must provide your membership number as part of the registration process.

Student registration requires a copy of the student Photo I.D. as part of the registration process.

When collecting conference materials from the registration desk on arrival at the conference, attendees will be requested to present their registration confirmation notices and their Photo I.D.s.
