Abstract submission:
u Please click the button "Paper online Submission" listed on the right side of this website to submit abstract first.
u Requirement: MS Word DOC; more than 500 words; up to 2 pages; including necessary figures and tables
Full paper submission:
1. Prepare your paper:
u Authors are invited to submit full papers in English. Any non-English Words are prohibited in the papers.
u All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation. Your submission must not have been and will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before our review notification.
2. Format your papers:
u Please prepare your paper using the 2-column format. Regular papers are allowed to 4-6(≦6) pages. Extra pages will incur additional charges. More information can be found on the registration page, where the payment for these would be made. Authors should use the templates downloadable below to format the papers.
u IEEE formatting requirements (A4.doc is recommended): Paper Format Template
u If you can't open the A4.doc downloaded from above link, please download this Paper Format Template.doc.
3. Submit full papers:
u Log in to IEEE PDF eXpress (http://www.pdf-express.org/)
A. First-time users should create their profile at following website: (Use 50123X for the Conference ID, provide your email address and a password)
https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup
An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
B. Previous users of PDF eXpress can directly access https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ using the old password, email address and conference ID 50123X. Verify that your contact information is valid.
1). For each conference paper, click “Create New Title.”
2). Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).
3). Click “Submit Source Files for Conversion.” Only PDFs created using IEEE PDF eXpress will be accepted.
4). Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File.”
5). You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.You will receive an email with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached, usually within a day.
6). The file returned from the PDF eXpress site is the file that you will upload to the conference Paper online Submisson System
u If you have submitted the abstract to paper submission system before, do not submit your full paper as a new paper, because it will generate a new paper ID, just hit the edit button to submit the full paper and keep the original paper ID.
*The conference submission system will keep open!
