CPGPS 2017 Forum on Cooperative Positioning and Service will be held during May 19-21, 2017 in Harbin, China. It is sponsored by International Association of Chinese Professionals in Global Positioning Systems, organized by Harbin Institute of Technology and technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section.
CPGPS, the International Association of Chinese Professionals in Global Positioning Systems, is an international professional organization. Since its creation in December 2001, membership numbers have been continually expended. Among its members are many highly respected experts in Global Positioning Systems (GPS) from leading academic institutions, government agencies and industry sectors worldwide. These members are very active in the international frontiers of research and innovation; and their work contributes directly to the advancement of modern satellite positioning and navigation technology. CPGPS members have made significant contributions to the international community through their publications, patents and award winning presentations at the international conference.
　　GPS professionals, students, and anyone interested in GPS or satellite positioning and navigation technologies, regardless of nationality, are welcome to join CPGPS.
　　CPGPS is an academic and non-profit making organization.
It strives to:
　　·Promote the exchange of ideas among professionals in the field of wireless communications, intelligent vehicle systems, sensor networks, satellite navigation and positioning on information, knowledge, scientific research and applications of satellite positioning systems;
　　·Provide an efficient channel among professionals, through which mutual understanding and cooperation can be nurtured and enhanced;
　　·Encourage, bridge, establish and develop co-operative activities among professionals.
The proceedings of CPGPS2017 that meet IEEE quality review standards will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital after the review taken by IEEE conference publication group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.

由全球华人导航定位协会主办，哈尔滨工业大学承办的CPGPS2017协同定位与服务论坛定于5月19日-21日在哈尔滨召开。此次会议由IEEE哈尔滨分会提供技术支持，除参会交流的论文，本次会议所有被录用的由IEEE出版的论文，提交IEEE审查通过后进入IEEE Xplore 数据库并被EI Compendex检索。
此次论坛旨在促进导航定位理论进步；加强应用创新，促进导航定位产业的科学发展。
2017年全球华人导航定位协会（CPGPS）系列活动将展示系统化、高水平的理论成果，促进了导航定位技术的科学发展，对导航定位技术的理论研究和实践发展具有强大的推动作用。
此次会议不接受邮箱投稿且无需提交摘要。
