International Conference on Information Technology and Electronic Commerce
(ICITEC 2013) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and
research result in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in
improving information technology, electronic commerce and other topics. The
conference is an annual conference series, focusing on both theory and
applications mainly covering the topic of Information Technology and Electronic
Commerce. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be keynote
addresses. ICITEC2013 is sponsored by Harbin University of Commerce, technical
co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section and supported by many other universities and
research institutes. The objective of this Conference is to offer a meeting
point for professionals and researchers from industry and academia to present
and discuss recent advances in the field of information technology, electronic
commerce.
The proceedings of ICITEC2013 will be
included in IEEE Xplore after the review taken by IEEE conference publication
group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.
The
excellent papers through expanding and the second review will be recommended to
publish in journal, and EI Compendex (Journal Article).
