2023 IEEE 11th International Conference on Computer Science and Network Technology (ICCSNT 2023) will be held during October 21-22, 2023 in Dalian. It is the eleventh forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving future computer science, network technology and communication related techniques.

ICCSNT2023 is sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section. The proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital after the review taken by IEEE conference publication group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.
