2019 4th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Internet of things (CCIOT 2019) will be held in Changchun China during Dec 6-7, 2019. It is the fourth forum for the presentation of new advances and research result in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in cloud computing and internet of things and other topics.

CCIOT 2019 is sponsored by Changchun Normal University, technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section and supported by many other universities and research institutes, such as Jilin University and Northeast Normal University.

The first CCIOT conference was successfully inaugurated in Changchun in 2014.
The second and third CCIOT conference were successfully inaugurated in Dalian in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
CCIOT2014 and CCIOT2016, all accepted papers have been included in IEEE Digital Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.

The proceedings of CCIOT2019 are eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore. After the review taken by IEEE conference publication group, it will be submitted to EI Compendex index.
